Brainwave Tutoring

Who are we?
Brainwave tutors are experienced in both private and group tutoring, as well as having practical experience in STEM industries. We are experienced, professional tutors in calculus, statistics, algebra, trigonometry, chemistry, and physics, and have many years of experience in standardized test prep. We hold up-to-date state and federal clearances.
Lesa has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Penn State and a certification to teach secondary mathematics. She has 10 years of industry experience as an engineer, working for International Paper and Bayer AG. She was an SAT prep instructor for a private company, and is currently a professional math and physics tutor at Penn State.
Megan holds degrees in Biochemistry and Computer Science. In addition to working at the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, she worked for 20 years teaching SAT prep for Kaplan and other private companies. She was a Continuing Education instructor at CCAC, and is currently a professional math and chemistry tutor at Penn State.
