At Bravo’s we hand select all of our meats from local suppliers that have grass fed herds, humane treatment programs, and quality managed USDA regular inspections to verify that they are non-injected meats. Grass fed beef is very high in Omega-3 fatty acids, very low in bad cholesterol, very high in good cholesterol, enriched with Vitamins A,B,C and D, and high in B12 for energy and the immune system. Studies show that grass fed beef is high in CLA, a cancer fighting agent. We also select our chickens and turkeys with great care. They are free range with a vegetarian diet and humane treatment. Our eggs come from farm fresh, non-caged environments. Our cheeses and other milk products are made with milk from non-injected cows.

Bravo's sandwiches are designed to be 800 calories or less, and the children’s menu items are 500 calories or less. At Bravo's we want your eating experience to be enjoyable, emphasize good nutrition, appreciate the freshness, and be part of a healthier lifestyle.
