Bread Box Studio Artists

The Bread Box Studio Artists is a group of creative professionals working in a communal arts space located within The Bread Box, a renovated former Rainbo Bread factory in Lexington's historic Northside neighborhood. The Bread Box is also home to West Sixth Brewing and a variety of local businesses and organizations including Broke Spoke Community Bike Shop, Food Chain, Roller Girls of Central Kentucky, Magic Beans Coffee Roasters, and many more to come.

The Bread Box Studio Artists features a diversity of creative talent ranging from authors to photographers, milliners to printmakers, mixed media artists, textile artists and much more.

All artist studios are open by appointment only, but we often host public events and openings coinciding with Lexington Gallery Hop nights, as well as other events within The Bread Box. Please contact individual artists to arrange an appointment or for more info.
