Breakfast Belle is Executive Chef, Tori Brown. She will introduce the North to a Southern style catering menu and meals to-go that will have mouths watering.

Breakfast Belle offers a catering menu full of "belly filling" southern favorites such as; Chicken & Waffles, Fish and Grits, Southern French Toast, Shrimp & Grits, Supreme Turkey-Meatloaf, Bamma Buffalo Wings, Southern Oxtails, Mac and Cheese, Hoppin John, Collard Greens, Banana Pudding, Pineapple Orange Glazed Pound Cake and Small Bites...but there is "more"! This Belle also embraces her northern side as she creates to-go meals with various cuisines
and cultural influences, that are sure to please everyone.

As featured on News 12, the name Breakfast Belle is Tori's way of paying respect to her late Grandmother, Sarah Brown who was truly a Southern Belle that adored her family, church, community and loved to cook.

A native of Norwalk, CT Tori was truly influenced by her Mother, Lorraine Brown-Shular, Auntie, Florence Brown and especially her Grandmother’s southern roots from Santee, South Carolina. As a child she would sit at her Grandmother’s kitchen table on Sundays with her cousins, stirring cake batter, cracking eggs, snapping beans, and shredding cheese. Savory aromas from the stove sailed throughout the house as they listened to the heavenly and soulful voice of Mahalia Jackson.

​Tori’s professional career has lead her into the fields of Non-Profit Development and Events/Meeting Planning; while happy in ​her prospective career, Tori always had a passion and dream of one day cooking and serving “belly filling” southern style favorites and more to the masses.
