Our passionate and knowledgeable teachers provide quality instruction across a diverse and innovative offering of dynamic yoga, movement arts including Tai Chi and Chi Gong and therapeutic yoga. We provide yoga to moms to be, moms and babies, children, teens, chair yoga and those who with chronic illnesses. We have "Flying Lotus (Aeria) Yoga, and Yoga on the water. We have changing rooms with lockers and showers. Our Mandala Tea House serves delicious organic teas, coffee, juices, vegan smoothies and snacks.
