breathe yoga

In 2002 the journey began to put the things I loved most under one roof. Yoga, healthy eating, specialty shopping and most of all, family.

It amazes me to see where we’ve come since then. breathe has grown into a dynamic community of people who are learning to become more centered in themselves and are living their lives inspired.

Even though we have come a long way, it feels like the tip of the iceberg. We still have a long way to go and many more lives to touch but we’re ready for the challenge of giving more people a greater connection to themselves in hopes they too will take the gift of their life and live it inspired.
