Breck Central EMS is dedicated to the reduction of morbidity and mortality of residents and visitors of Breckinridge County through the skilled application of Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support pre-hospital care, medically directed special operations and the transportation of the ill and injured.

Breck Central EMS is led by Director Raleigh Shelton, NRP with Medical Direction given by Ben Smith, M.D. BCEMS is overseen by a Board of Direcors that meets monthly. BCEMS operates a fleet of 5 Type III Ambulances, MCI/Special Ops Trailer, Haz-Mat Trailer, 3 response vehicles and a EMS equipped UTV from 2 different stations.
