We specialize in private lessons: fielding, pitching and especially hitting. This is accomplished via one hour, one-on-one sessions with a collegiate or professionally experienced coach at our private training facility. Lesson includes mechanically analyzing your current ability or personal batting positions, identifying strengths & obstacles you might be facing.

We'll help you develop a course of practice so you can rapidly progress to the next level. By learning uniquely tailored "Motion Tricks" through various drills, swing analysis and instant feedback, you can quickly overcome deeply ingrained body movements impeding the effectiveness of your swing.

​We'll also discuss the mental approach to various counts and situations commonly experienced during a game and based on where you hit in the lineup.

The swing takes roughly one second to perform. Yet there is a huge variation in schools of thought as to what makes the perfect swing. We've studied all of these theories for decades and weeded out what really works.

Proper mechanics should have some basic principles that apply to all types of hitters, although some subtle difference will apply to differing body types and skill levels. Within these fundamental mechanics lies a huge, largely-untapped opportunity for hitters.

Starting to develop these techniques early is hugely beneficial as unlearning and changing previously developed muscle memory is challenging and takes time... but the results will be hugely rewarding and can change a player's entire baseball experience.
