"What's in your beer?" Our approach of full-disclosure for both ingredients and process agents is growing in popularity as beer lovers are beginning to ask this question. People want to know what's in the food they eat, pet food, and cosmetics. Brewers are not required to disclose this information and even if they tell you some of the ingredients they will often omit all the process agents they have added to the beer. At Vindication Brewing Company we celebrate our Brewtegrity and are proud to tell you what we put in your beer. No Anti-foam, yeast washing, enzymatic stabilizers or enhancers are ever added to our beer. We are committed to enhancing the beer drinkers knowledge about this subject and helping them understand the difference in the beer on the shelf. Our beer takes a full three weeks (or more) of fermentation and aging before its ready to be put in bottles. With the vast array of process agents available we could chemically force the process to have beer in as little as 9 days. While that may be good for the bottom line, its not good for our beer or our customers. Wouldn't you like to know if your beer has silicone based anti-foam in it?
