We the members of The Briarcliff Congregational Church declare our church to be Open and Affirming. Celebrating our diversity and believing that everyone is loved by God, we welcome people of all races, ethnicities, ages, sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, family structures, physical and mental abilities, faith backgrounds and economic circumstances into the full life of our ministry and church. We are blessed and enriched by all who enter our open door. Together we will continue to build a safe place and welcoming community for all who seek to love God, neighbor and self, as Jesus taught.
SUNDAY SERVICE: 10:00 a.m.
Nursery care for infants and toddlers is downstairs in the Stimpson Room in the church basement. Church School age children attend the service and leave for their classrooms after the Children's Message. Classrooms are across the street in the Parish Hall and arranged by grade levels from pre-school through high school.
Join us this Sunday and see how our congregational tradition of believing in the collective power of our members makes our worship in the house of The Lord our strength. The children's message is sure to elicit smiles from all ages and our choir and hymns will enhance your understanding of the readings and sermon. And don't forget to admire the glorious stained glass windows, of which there are many. Some dress up for church and some dress casually. But do come....our door is always open. We look forward to greeting you with an extravagant welcome.....
Note: Both our buildings are handicap accessible.
