-Wednesdays @ 6:30p: Cardio Boxing:
In this class we use boxing pads and gloves to deliver boxing combinations in addition to plyometric exercises and cardio exercises.
-Saturday @ 6:45am: TurboKICK:
This class is the fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout that is sweeping the nations health clubs and allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout!
All classes are 1-hour long and meant for ALL levels of fitness. AND, your first class is FREE! Come, have fun and be a bad-ass!
