Brickel Creek Organic Farm

Brickel Creek Organic Farm was founded in 2007 and is located at the site of the orginal homestead of the Brickel Family. The farmhouse was built in 1890 and we have 69 acres of land along with three barns. In 2008-2009 we partnered with Greene County and established four different conservation programs to attract Wild Life. In 2009 we errected our first High Tunnel and planted 400 Organic Red Raspberry plants. In 2010, we added Blackberries along with a wide variety of Herbs,Vegetables, Honey and Fruit. In 2012, we added two new high tunnel greenhouses through an equip grant for research and development of specialty crops and extending the growing season. We are a working farm and love to have people come out to play in the dirt or just stop by for a visit and to pick up some produce.
