Brody's Mexican Restaurant

Brody's was named after the only son of the Garcia-Sanchez marriage from the town of Minersville, Utah. The Garcia-Sanchez family owns the first house to the right when coming from Cedar where they had available property to start a restaurant and once zoned into commercial, they started to build a dream.In 2011 they started a taco stand in front of their home and operated under the name of "Brodys Tacos". In February of 2012 their first restaurant was opened in the nearby town of Milford, Utah. By November 2012 the Garcia household started to look for their expansion into a bigger city with greater exposure to those whom they love to serve: Their guests. Once identified a location in Cedar City, the original Brodys Tacos was franchised.The next step once partnered with a close friend was to build the restaurant itself with a name that would create a reputation to follow good food, and Brodys Mexican Restaurant opened in April 2013 as a fictitious name for Garsanmej LLC.
