2, 3, and 4-bedroom units are available. Rents are as follows and include ALL utilities: $535 for a 2-bedroom, $664 for a 3-bedroom, and $739 for a 4-bedroom.

All units at Brogan Manor will feature new kitchens and bathrooms, ample storage in both the closets and basements, laundry hookups, carpeted bedrooms with cable hookups, brand new paint and flooring throughout, and energy-efficient appliances. All units will have access to a renovated community room with a computer lab, free wireless internet, and laundry facilities, and a newly-built playground. The property has ample off-street parking and will have a community garden. All units are 100% lead and asbestos free. 24-hour, on-call maintenance will be available.

5 Handicapped-accessible units and 5 units for the audio/visual-impaired will be available at the property.

Housing choice vouchers and other tenant-based subsidies can be used at the property.
