Broken W Horse Training

We are a family owned training facility located 20 miles south east of Columbus, Ohio, specializing in starting young colts and mules.

Over the years we have started and trained many breeds of horses, including Tennessee Walkers, Thoroughbreds, Standardbreds, Quarter Horses, Mustangs, Arabians, Paints, Ponies and many types of Gaited Horses. We also start and train Draft Horses and mules to ride, drive and work.

During my Years of training, we have developed a proven training program using natural horsemanship and a common sense approach to communicate with the horses and mules. We train in a manner that the horse will retain what they have learned without abuse or force. This is a must for more advanced or challenging training.

This method also works in retraining green broke horses. My theory in retraining a horse or mule is NO Pain method while teaching them to retain what we have taught them. This method is also used when retraining problem horses that were never trained correctly, lack of ride time or for horses that have been abused.
