The Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp in New York City is a challenging one-hour class that will take you across the one-mile long Brooklyn Bridge and back. During intermittent stops every 3-5 minutes we perform only the most effective moves that bring about a lean, strong and defined body.
We utilize exercises using your own body weight, the bridge structures, benches, and a special type of resistance bands that bring about amazing results for your trouble zones. Your heart rate will be elevated at all times and you'll feel challenged like never before. The best part? You're part of a fun group that shares your goals.
At Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp you can: burn up to 800 calories per hour, have a changed body in 5 sessions, tone your arms and abs, slenderize your hips and thighs, and lift your butt! We offer two different programs: outdoor classes on the Brooklyn Bridge, and Central Park classes which start in Columbus circle and go around the park.
