Brooks Tower

The Brooks Tower is a 42 story residential building in downtown Denver, Colorado, United States. At the time of its construction in 1968, it was the tallest building in Denver, standing 420ft. In 2010, it is the thirteenth-largest building in Denver. It was also Denver's first high-rise residential building. Brooks Tower was converted to condominia in the 1990s.Today it provides housing for students attending nearby universities, business people, and families. Located in downtown Denver the location of Brooks Tower provides easy walking access to all accommodations one may need.
