Brookside Care Center

Brookside Care Center is a 154 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located on 24 beautifully wooded acres in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Founded in 1915 on land purchased by Kenosha County to serve the health care needs of the residents of Kenosha County, Brookside Care Center has grown into a premier facility. In 2012, Brookside Care Center was recognized by U.S. News and World Report as one of the best skilled nursing facilities in the United States, based on the achievement of a five-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Brookside Care Center provides 24-hour skilled nursing services that may include wound care, pain management, intravenous therapy, post-surgical care and respiratory care. The cornerstone of our service is the interdisciplinary approach we take to managing the care of our residents. Every resident is evaluated and cared for by a team of professionals utilizing individualized care planning.

Brookside Care Center partners with MJ Care, Inc., to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services that include physical, occupational and speech-language therapy. Professionally trained therapists and therapy assistants collaborate with nursing, social services and activities staff to provide a personalized rehabilitation program that allows our residents to work toward meeting their goals and expectations for a quality life.
