• I started making mead as a hobby. That hobby quickly turned into a passion and that passion blossomed into what is now my life’s work-raising bees and turning natural ingredients into exquisite elixirs.

• The philosophy at The Brookstone Meadery and Brewing Company is to grow as many of the wonderful ingredients that go into our products on our beautiful farming estate located in Ohio. Not only do we grow many of the fruits and vegetables that we use, we have fiercely committed to raise and keep our own honeybees. Our 70 acres are dedicated to help the honeybee population thrive by creating a harmonious and mutually beneficial relationship. The honeybees pollinate our bio-diverse crops, yielding grand harvests while also providing us with the freshest and highest quality raw organic Brookstone Honey. We use that very same honey to make our meads and delightful ales, ciders, wines, and all we create here at the Brookstone Meadery and Brewing Company. The final results are premium beverages that have been home grown, raised, and hand crafted from bee to bottle using these elements: passion, honey, and time.
