Brow Envy Permanent Cosmetics is owned and operated by native Floridian, Jessica Cooper. She is a licensed medical Aesthetician with nearly 12 years of experience in the industry.

Jessica has worked for world-renowned brands as a respected educator, account manager and mentor. She has finally been able to combine her two passions, makeup and art.

Since she was a child, Jessica has loved all forms of art. Pencil sketching was and still is her favorite method. It was only natural for her to fall in love with makeup artistry as an adult.

Although permanent makeup seemed appealing to her years ago, the reality was traditional tattooing on the face often lead to unpleasant results. This turned her away from the procedure. When Microblading was first introduced to Jessica, she was ready to hit the ground running!

Here's Why:

Microblading is a semi-permanent procedure that lasts up to a year, depending on skin type. Instead of using a tattoo gun which penetrates the ink much deeper into the skin, Microblading uses a sterile, single-use, blade where the ink is deposited by hand into the Epidermis. Instead of the ink blurring and fuzzing over time like traditional permanent makeup, it gradually fades away. How nice does that sound?!

Microblading is ideal for those who are scared of commitment! Probably most of the population falls into this category. Trends change as well as our hair color. Its a great compliment to those with no eyebrows and to those who just have some bare spots they need to fill in.
