Our lovely cottage is located 5 miles south of Cortez with beautiful views of the Sleeping Ute Mountain and the mesa to the rear. It has:

There is a canal walk to the rear of the property where you can stretch your legs and take in the views. The courtyard is a great place to relax with a glass of wine or your coffee in the morning while you watch our many hummingbirds.
