In 1969, brothers Bob and Len Schickler opened an auto service center in Brooklyn, New York. Two of their early customers had hand control adapted driving equipment in their cars. In 1993 Bob and Len moved to the suburbs of New Jersey and opened Brunswick Automobile Professionals which specializes in mobility and wheelchair accessible vans and vehicles.
