The Amtrak Downeaster now offers train service from Brunswick to Freeport, Portland, and Boston. For pricing and the click here.
Maine Eastern Railroad provides train service between Brunswick and Rockland three seasons of the year. Trains leave Brunswick for Rockland Saturdays starting in early spring. Full Season schedule begins in late June, Wednesday through Saturday, then Friday – Sunday starting in the fall, with special Holiday Trains in December. For a full schedule, visit the MER website.
