Brush Old Town Barbershop

The Brush Barbershop has been around for over 100 years! Pretty impressive given all that's happened on over a century. The Barbershop was built around 1903 and was a small stand alone building. It was build to service the towns people long before houses had indoor plumbing, It was a place where men could come and bath, in the copper bath tub in the backroom, get a shave and a haircut.

Its a small, quaint, 2 chair barbershop with the old comfortable feeling of stepping into a real barber chair and able to read a magazine that you can relate to.

A lot has changed in the 100 years since, the copper bath tub in the back is long gone, cars replaced horses, houses got indoor plumbing, barbers had come and gone but the one thing that always remained.... the people of our small town knew that they could come to 314 Edison and there would be a barber there. Someone that could get them ready for a wedding, church on Sunday or could get their kids haircuts before school started or Easter.

So to continue the long tradition.... the Brush Old Town Barbershop will be there for you and your family for many years to come.
