Bruxie is a Southern California based fast casual restaurant founded in 2010 by two chefs. The unique concept has reimagined the American comfort classic Chicken & Waffles as an easy-to-eat, made-to-order sandwich. In 2016, Thrillist called it one of the “Best Chicken and Waffles in LA”, while Food & Wine raved, “Best New Sandwich Recipe in the U.S.” With seven locations in California and Nevada, Bruxie invites everyone to put down your forks and knives, grab our freshly baked waffles with both hands, and sink your teeth into the most craveable fried chicken sandwich around.
