BSC PAS

BSC PAS aspires to be the premier leadership and career development organization serving college agriculture students.
The purpose of the BSC PAS is to provide opportunities for members to develop the skills and abilities needed to enter and advance in careers in agriculture, agribusiness, horticulture and natural resources. This falls in line with our National Postsecondary Agricultural Students (NPAS) current Mission Statement: “To provide opportunities for individual growth, leadership and career preparation”.
The objectives of BSC PAS are to develop character, leadership skills and assist our members in being useful citizens. We will attempt to improve our community, campus and courses through cooperation with students, faculty, administrators and our members. To promote Postsecondary Agricultural programs among high school students interested in agriculture.
Organization The BSC PAS is a student organization associated with agriculture, agribusiness, horticulture and natural resources. We are a part of the other chapters in North Dakota and we are affiliated with National Organization (NPAS). State Chapters must be associated with approved or approvable institutions that provide career and technical education diplomas and/or certificates, associate degrees and baccalaureate degree programs. It is an integral part of the instructional program but may meet and operate outside of class time.
