Hi, my name is Mercede and I am the owner of Buds and Blooms Creations. I specialized in handmade floral arrangements such as wreaths and swags. I also enjoy working with deco mesh and making unique creations. I have been making arrangements for about three years now for family and friends,but now I have decided to branch out.
