Bud's Broiler is a New Orleans classic offering hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, and more. The original Bud’s Broiler was founded in 1952, and it’s been a hit ever since.

Bud’s Broiler in Kenner was founded in 1962, and has continued the Bud’s Broiler tradition. Bud’s was originally founded by Mr. Alfred “Bud” Saunders, who brought over the original recipe for what we call our “Own Hickory Smoke Sauce.” This sauce is what we still use today! What also makes our food special is that we cook our meats of charcoal and everything is made to order. Some favorites are our famous hot dogs, charcoal broiled hamburgers, and our chili cheese fries!
