Fresh fish and shellfish, subject to availability, include Fresh Pacific Salmon Fillet, Pacific Mahi Mahi, Fresh Pacific Scallops, Gulf Shrimp, Deep Fried Eastern Oysters, Fresh Sole, Fresh Rainbow Trout, Fresh Pacific Red Snapper, Deep Fried Calamari strips and Fresh Louisiana Catfish Filet.

Bud's Seafood Grille also offers a full service bar, patio dining and a banquet room available for up to forty guests.
