Jessica Hosfeld has been a certified Group Exercise instructor for the past 7 years teaching Bootcamp, Toning, Cycling and high intensity cardio classes. She motivates her members and helps them achieve their fitness goals whether it be training for a race, loosing weight, or completing that extra push-up! She has passion for what she does & pushes you to give 110%! The class is geared toward high intensity training to help burn fat and loose those unwanted pounds or tone up. Modifications are shown throughout the class to those who are new or a little weary about joining. All fitness levels are welcome!
