Bulloch County Alcohol & Drug Council

The Bulloch Alcohol and Drug Council was organized in 1974 under the direction of the Bulloch County Grand Jury. The Council is composed of twelve volunteers appointed by the City and County governments. Current members are:

Bill Martin, Director, Department of Juvenile Justice
Diane Hardee, Social Svcs. Supervisor, Department of Family and Children’s Services
Maurice Hill, Director of Hills Mortuary, Inc.
C. Frank Cobb, Pastor, Miller Grove Baptist Church
Dr. Patrice Buckner, Dean of Students, Georgia Southern University
