Bungalow Asio

Bungalow Asio is outfitted with an elegant master suite featuring a king-sized pillow-top mattress, two additional bedrooms with full- and queen-sized top-quality mattresses, two and a half bathrooms, fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, sunny desk area with WiFi, and media loft.

The open floor plan with private nooks facilitates quiet moments, sparkling conversation, and memorable gatherings. Bungalow Asio has been embellished with all the comforts of home, including high-thread-count bedding, deep-pile bath towels, handmade down pillows, and cozy throw blankets.

Each room has been lovingly designed and decorated with an artist’s touch.

The furnishings, artwork, lighting, and décor were all chosen and placed intentionally with our guests’ comfort in mind.

Our master bath features a vintage deep soaking bathtub and shower. The secondary bath provides a glass-enclosed shower and a concealed full-sized washer and dryer, while the third, half-bath acts as a powder room for your guests.

Our chef’s kitchen is outfitted with custom cabinets, beautiful contemporary dishware and flatware, high-end appliances (including a Wolf stove/oven, Henckels knives, and Vitamix professional blender) food staples and spices, and every utensil and accessory imaginable for our guests’ cooking and entertaining needs.

Asio’s walls feature original artwork from Colorado, bringing visual interest, personal stories, and distinctiveness to the home.

The beautifully-landscaped gardens are enclosed with a unique adobe wall and wooden privacy fence and are connected with meandering flagstone walkways.

Our guests enjoy the sounds of a trickling waterfall from the charming front porch, the cover of shade trees on our private back patio, and the warm rays of Colorado’s 300 days of sunshine from all our purposefully-planned outdoor rooms.

Visitors can experience Asio’s native plants and mature trees while firing up the home’s outdoor barbecue grill, stretching out on one of our chaise lounges, or spreading out a picnic on one of the lawns.

Bungalow Asio is a licensed rental through the City of Boulder: License #RHL2013-00667. Also, according to the City of Boulder's Section 9-8-5 B.R.C. 1981, the maximum number of unrelated occupants is three.
