Luke Pascal and Sam Weinstein have grown up in the NYC restaurant industry. Their fathers, Vincent Pascal and Michael Weinstein, have opened dozens of high-class restaurants throughout the country through NYC-based restaurant group, ARK Restaurants Corp. Teaming now with Ark Veteran Chefs, Armando Cortes and Viko Ortega, Luke and Sam are proud to present Buns Bar in New York City’s Chelsea district.



With their extensive testing and creation of sandwiches in their New Jersey location at the New Meadowlands Racetrack, the group perfected their now-classic hero and burger line-up under the moniker “Buns On The Go”. With the Buns Bar the brand’s focus has transitioned towards Burgers and Sliders. The Buns Bar presents its unique take on many classic sandwiches, such as the Chicken Parmigiana on Pretzel Bread, a Fried Mac & Cheese Sandwich with Pancetta or even a Caprese Sandwich served on a Fried Green Tomato. There is even a Build-Your-Own-Burger option that allows for customization to its delicious conclusion. The new property will also offer an extensive cocktail, craft beer and wine menu. With its unique dessert menu, including beautiful milk shakes, Chelsea’s latest addition will be a treat for all appetites.
