The Bureau of General Services—Queer Division is an independent, all-volunteer queer cultural center, bookstore, and event space hosted by The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center at 208 West 13th St. Room 210, NYC.

Open Tuesdays through Sundays, 1 to 7 PM.


The Bureau of General Services—Queer Division is an independent organization with no paid staff—we are entirely run and staffed by volunteers. We rely on sales and donations to cover our operating expenses. The money we make from sales goes right back into the business. Please support the Bureau with a recurring monthly donation or a one-time donation in order to help us continue to provide you with a great selection of queer books, magazines, zines, art works, and events!

The Bureau is a sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization.
