Our burger meat is always fresh from our local butcher at Melotte’s Meats, our hard rolls are baked in Sheboygan, and all our cheeses & frozen custard features Wisconsin’s finest dairy.

Our exclusive burger recipe that is used in to make our 15 different signature burgers was crafted by an expert team of UW-Madison’s Meat and Food Science graduate and undergraduate students. And with over 20 Wisconsin-brewed craft beers, we know we have a beer that will pair perfectly with your burger.
