Burlesque Fitness is a great way to boost your confidence, feel empowered, and tune back to your feminine essence, all while getting your body in shape.
In this class we combine aerobics, strength training and conditioning with a sexy burlesque twist!
The first 20 minutes of class provides a full body low intensity workout . Last 40 minutes we learn a sexy dance routine on a chair.
For this class you will need water, fitness attire as we do have a 20 minute fitness routine. (high heels are optional)
