Burnt Wood Farm

"From every end comes a new beginning". A few years ago my family lost our home to a fire. We rose above the challenges from that and moved here to Williamsburg and started our farm. It started out with only four rabbits we bought for FFA projects. Then we acquired a few more rescue rabbits from friends and neighbors. What started as a hobby soon boomed into a rabbitry. My husband wanted to try his hand at raising cattle and chickens for meat, so we made his dream a reality. Then my children wanted to join the local 4H club to show animals at the fair. We bought two goats to add to the rabbits we had already them the choose to show. If someone told us 5 years ago that this is the life would have, we would have told them they were crazy. However, now that this is our life, we wouldn't have it any other way.
