Burt Green Photographs

Welcome to Burt Green Photographs (BGP)'s. On this page, you will receive information about contests + prizes, will be added to a group of client ambassador's if you are named one for 2015, you will be able to see new information on how to contact BGP and her assistant, Morgan Greer. You will also be updated on new prices, contract changes, and information on how to book for sessions, mini-sessions, and weddings for 2015.

Session Packages:
All sessions will be delivered on a DVD to the client and a contract will be signed by both the client and Burt Green Photographs before a session can take place. During a consultation the client will give BGP their contact information, all session ideas, and discuss locations & times for the session. At this time a 50% deposit is due for the session and the remainder of the balance is due on the date of the session. A receipt will be given for both. A client print release form will also be given to the client and will be signed by Burt Green Photographs to release all the images to be printed anywhere that the client desires.

Sweet & Simple: a $60.00 package and can be used for a small group, a last minute maternity session, or last minute smash cake sessions. BGP will determine if a session can be used as mini-session (60.00) depending on the time involved, amount of people, and photograph limit. Usually a mini-session will produce around 30-45 high resolution images. So BGP has the right to change the price due to the particular session the client is asking for.

Holiday mini-sessions: These mini-sessions are based around Holiday themes and sessions placed during specified dates, listed on BGP’s blog monthly, can not be substituted for any other session (ie. birthday, party, smash cake session, engagement session, maternity, family, or group session) UNLESS said sessions are Holiday themed (ie. couples who want to book a session on a Valentine’s mini-session date must adhere to said props/location/Valentine’s theme). This does not mean that couples sessions booked around Valentine’s day must participate in the Valentine’s mini-session. There will be separate dates for both of these types of sessions. Prices do change for certain holidays, not all holiday mini sessions are a set price. Props are included in all Holiday mini-sessions, but clients are more than welcome to bring their own.

Perfect Portraits: $125.00 package that is designed for the every day session. This session can be used for family portraits, head shots, portraits for seniors, group photographs, maternity session, birthday party, or couples session. All other sessions will need to be determined by BGP because of the time limit and photograph limit.
Usually a Perfect Portrait session will last 1 hour (approximately), and will produce around 60-80 high resolution images.

Snap & Share: This $175 package includes not only a DVD with high resolution images totaling up to 80-100 images, but it includes an online gallery as well. This gallery will last 10 years as both a back up and a public gallery for friends and family to be able to view and download the photographs. This session may include any of the above sessions from package Perfect Portraits but are extended times (1.5 hours - 2 hours). All sessions in this package must be approved by BGP because of the time extension and the photographs that will be produced.

*beginning in 2015, all photographs online will be copyright images with a Burt Green Photographs logo on them. If you are to upload any image from BGP onto any type of social media, you will need to choose your photographs from the folder on your DVD entitled "Burt Green Copyright Logo Images", only these images may be uploaded. Any client, friend, family member must also tag Burt Green Photographs or Burt Green on the uploaded images. Photographs in the folder on the DVD entitled "BGP Personal Use" may be printed, downloaded, copied, or cropped for the clients own personal use which includes printing and mounting photographs.

This new site is for representing stylized photo sessions provided by Burt Green Photographs. Our two Client Ambassador's: Jarrard Pridgen and Mary Ashleigh Browning will be running this page and are available if you have any questions about how what a "stylized session" is. They can also direct you and questions to the Burt Green Photographs page, where you will book your session with either Burt Green or Morgan Greer.

A stylized photo session by BGP is $150.
This session includes:
-styling your outfits
-hair and make up
-2 hours (includes shooting and getting ready)
-a DVD with 60-80 high-resolution images
-rights to print these images
-1 location for getting ready + photo session
-outfit range depending on ideas for your specific session, which may or may not change the price of the session (that would need to be discussed with Morgan Greer during booking)

This is something that BGP has brought in to promote a creative outlook for each client, thus creating your session for you as an individual; this session will be based on your ideas as well as includes ideas by BGP. You will be in constant contact with a representative of BGP to discuss ideas and to discuss your session.

All the client needs to do is to send BGP ONE picture (idea) of what their main idea is for their stylized session. The rest of the poses and ideas will be handled by your stylist from BGP.
