Busy Bees Summer Camp for Girls

Why girls only? Why summer camp?

Girls have unique challenges in today's age of technology and consumerism. They are being bombarded by messages meant to "body shame." They crave safe spaces to explore, create, share and have fun with one another. Busy Bees is one such safe space for girls. Together, this summer, we will develop confidence through group exercises in trust, friendship and mindful communication. At the center of the summertime curriculum will be arts & crafts and cooperative games & activities. Along with lessons in photography, journaling, meditation, yoga, nutrition and organic gardening, there will be plenty of time to read, relax in the shade and swim in the swimming pool.

Backyard Camping Family Event for all the Busy Bee family members to enjoy is set to take place on Saturday, August 19.

Welcoming up to 6 girls per week. Register early, space is limited. Camp begins the week of June 26 and runs for 5 specific weeks:

June 26 - 30
July 10 - 14
July 17 - 21
August 7 - 11
August 14 - 18

Full day: 9am - 3pm
Extended day: 8am - 5pm

Healthy snacks; chemical-free, fenced in yard; outdoor play set; play house; and more are offered at PA certified elementary/early childhood teacher, Barbara Liszcz's in-home summer camp for girls. Call or email:
