Busy Bees Take Out Kitchen

Busy Bees Takeout Kitchen is a grassroots effort created solely by myself, Kysle Johnson. I'm a busy single Mom and although I always want to provide healthy homemade food for my daughter, it's difficult with our busy lifestyle! It got me thinking a few years back that a service like this could help many! Not only busy parents but the elderly, travelers, disabled etc. I am happy to help.

I will be making meals on Tuesdays and Wednesdays starting in December. Our kitchen will be NYS Certified and I am a trained ServSafe food handler.

The menu will consist of a comfort food, a trendier option and something on the light side. All items besides breads and such, will be delivered cold and will need to be kept refrigerated until reheating or consumption. Meals will be labeled with reheating instructions and containers will be specific to the how the item needs to be reheated. This will make life easier for you!

As for servings... I will offer a personal size, and family size that will serve about 4 to 6. You can order as many of each of these that you think you might need. This and all are subject to change in the future of course depending on the needs of my customers.

I will be offering a delivery service in the Malone area. The sooner you place your order, the more likely you are to get the delivery time you're looking for. Items can also be picked up at the Busy Bees Takeout Kitchen at 2:30 PM. I understand this is not overly convenient for time, but I will be looking to hire another delivery person in the near future. I have no problem dropping things off at someone's home and putting it in the fridge!

To order after seeing the newly posted menu on Facebook, please take advantage of the Facebook messaging and also feel free to call the number listed. All requests will be confirmed in the way they were received. Note: I will need to know if there are any food allergies!!

As for pricing... Prices will depend on the meal itself so they will always be changing, but guaranteed fair. I am willing to take cash or check upon delivery, but am equipped to take credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) upon delivery or at the time of order (which is easiest for me).

Just a few more things... I will do best to support local. I will also be as green as possible in the business. I hope you will recycle containers and bags. I may set up to help people do this in the future.
