Our Approach to Health

Mobility - The key to spinal health - and all health - is motion. Lack of proper movement in one segment can cause a cascade of other negative effects and poor compensation patterns. Through chiropractic adjustments and Active Release Techniques, mobility can be restored where it is lost and enable you return to an active lifestyle.

Stability - Without proper core strength and endurance, all the motion in the world cannot "fix" us. Weak muscles become tight, tight muscles become weak, and we run the risk of overloading our back joints, which results in pain and injury. Proper functional exercises are the key to prolonged support of the spine, and these are things you can do when you're not at our office to keep you out of the office.

Inflammation Control - The final piece of the puzzle is controlling inflammation at the molecular level. We need to put good things in our bodies that decrease the inflammatory cascade, which leads to fibrotic changes, increased scarring, loss of mobility, and further pain and degeneration.
