Byblos Deli carries the All-Natural Simply Mediterranean specialty items such as fresh tabbouli, hummus, baba ghannouj and garlic paste. We also specialize in house-made deli items such as kibbeh, spinach pies and stuffed grape leaves.

Byblos carries imported cheeses, grains, halal meats, desserts, hard to find items and spices. We have a large selection of Levantine & Turkish groceries & spices.

For Crepes- Chef Khalil and his team make fresh sweet and savory crepes every Saturday from 9am to 2pm at the Issaquah Farmer's Market (At the Pickering Barn just across from the Issaquah Costco).
