Hot Room Toledo • Yoga + Pilates

At The Hot Room we primarily practice a series of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated (105 degrees/40% Humidity) room. The series is based on the teaching of Bishnu Ghosh, made popular in the West by Bikram Choudhury. The Hot Room offers The Original Hot Yoga (HR90) and HR60 classes, as well as Yin Yoga, and Inferno Hot Pilates. All levels are welcome, no experience necessary.
