She is skilled and well versed in many personality instruments, she holds her Masters Degree in Education from Minnesota State University and her undergraduate degree in Sociology from Oklahoma State University. She believes that 'how we talk matters'. It is relevant to preventing hurt feelings, long term silence, resentments, and more.
