C4 is the newest fitness program at The Place for FREE (donations are appreciated but in no way mandatory). The classes are designed by qualified instructors and modified to meet each participant’s ability levels and personal goals. The foundational model that C4 is built upon is fast paced, body weight exercises. Due to the high intensity workouts, each workout will be sure to accommodate anyone’s time schedule with results guaranteed.

Monday 5:00pm - 6:00pm (Class instructed by Chandra McPherson) and 6:00pm - 7:00pm (Class instructed by Dani Allen alongside open gym)
Wednesday 5:00pm - 6:00pm (Class instructed by Pete Staton) and 6:00pm-7:00pm (open gym)
Thursday 5:00pm-7:00pm (open gym)
