As a trainer, I incorporate the principles of natural and classical horsemanship to promote the concepts of freedom of motion, rhythm, and impulsion, creating a horse that is suitable for any discipline. When working with clients, I do my best to share knowledge, as I will only do what I believe is in the horse’s best interest, and I want owners and riders to feel secure and happy with their horse. I believe in redirecting energy, rather than stopping it or punishing unwanted behavior; this approach has had much success with problematic horses, as it promotes relaxation in the horse and rider and leads to a relationship built on mutual respect. I can teach you and your horse to work as partners on trails and at shows.
