Cabin On The River

The cabin in Strawberry is a vacation cabin rental located near Pinecrest and Pinecrest Lake. We are located on the South Fork of the Stanislaus River 32 miles east of Sonora, CA on Highway 108 at an elevation of 5250 feet. The cabin rental is 5 minutes from Pinecrest and 10 minutes from Dodge Ridge ski resort.The cabin is a 1475 sq. ft. two story cabin built in 1979 and used as a family residence until 1993. It is a furnished three bedroom, two bath, with linens, towels, pillows, blankets, cable T.V., V.C.R., D.V.D. and has a fully outfitted kitchen with microwave.There are 2 queen beds,1 king bed and a king futon in the living room.The cabin will sleep 6 adults or 8 people total. It is well insulated, passive solar, glass door stove fireplace. Lounge in front of the fireplace and sleep underneath the stars. The cabin and back deck provide a beautiful view of the river. This view in combination with the sound of the river provides a unique peaceful and restful vacation.
