CadeFit was founded to help change the quality of personal training in the Newport News. I have spent years studying how to improve movement quality and performance, and am trying to bridge the gap between physical therapy and performance.

Put an end to crazy exercises, or lack of focus on proper technique. Learn to do them right and you will see incredible improvements not just in how you look, but how you feel.
