Dash

The ultimate in workout efficiency. Cadence Dash is the answer to the demands of a full day’s workout needs in the bare minimum amount of time. This novel 16 minute class is a pure anaerobic, high-intensity interval workout. There is no time wasted in this class which consists of 2-4 different exercises specifically crafted to maximize the body’s neuroendocrine response. To you this will mean building muscle, burning fat and increasing strength before the parking meter on your car expires!

The exhilaration of going all out will gratify you as you smash through your physical AND psychological barriers. Operating at the pinnacle of physical exertion, you will discover the fountain of youth- Human Growth Hormone (HGH). Your body’s secretion of HGH after anaerobic training not only helps to slow down biological aging but also to significantly reduce a large number of the symptoms associated with aging.

Meet the perfect compliment to Cadence Dash- Cadence Aer. Aer is a proprietary system that maximizes aerobic metabolic conditioning, total body strength, and endurance. By alternating periods of aerobic activity and rest intervals, Aer maximizes your body’s fat burning, lean muscle building and cardiovascular response. In this 40 minute class, you will experience 6-8 different functional movements that will utilize your body’s full range of motion.

The challenge of completing each movement in a specifically crafted sequence will not only keep your heart rate elevated, but will also test your mental grit. While you work at a heart rate within the aerobic threshold, your body’s metabolism will kick into high gear. Not only will you burn fat at a more advanced rate, you will be vastly improving your cardiopulmonary conditioning!
