Training:
-The goal of my training is to help put a base of training on a horse as well as helping the owner to connect with and understand their horse. I work with a mix of natural horsemanship and dressage as well as bringing some of my own techniques in too. I work on everything from the groundwork, to the first steps under saddle to getting ready for a show in the discipline that you aspire in. Although I am not a show trainer per say, I put a base of flexibility and suppleness in the horse that can be translated into a multitude of disciplines.
My other specialty is problem horses. My philosophy is roughly 75% of problem horses don't just not want to do what you're asking but are in pain. I use my knowledge from my schooling, going to MSU for animal science, and my Equine Sports Massage certification to pin point and work on the ailment that might be bothering them. Don't get me wrong some horses are just stubborn but the differences I have seen looking at physical instead of mental are astounding.

In conjunction with my training I also consult with just Equine Sports Massage, working with you to pinpoint problems that your horse might have and working it out. I can also consult you in how to strengthen the problem muscles.
